The fixed-return investment type requires a minimum investment of £250,000 and offers up to 12% annual interest.

Yes, pension funds or ISAs can be used for this investment, but only if the Equity commercial property investment is £250,000 or more in commercial property or M&A funds. Investors can also offset investments against their tax allowances (subject to personal circumstances).
