A Fixed Return on Investment Social Housing Investment scheme gives investors a hands-free experience and a guaranteed return on investment. Enjoy fixed returns for a predetermined period ensuring a reliable and consistent income stream, therefore financial stability. Investment terms can be anywhere between 1 to 10 years with a fixed return on investment. Payouts happen on the 10th of each month and are interest-only payments. 

During the last month of your term, you will receive a final interest payment along with the full capital you originally invested with us.

The higher your capital investment, the more interest you’ll get. Here’s the chart for interest rate:

  • £10k – £50k = 8%
  • £51k – £100k = 9%
  • £101k – £250k = 10%
  • £251k – £500k = 12%

Investment return scenario:

A £10,000 investment at 12% interest over three years yields monthly payments of £377.77 for the following 36 months.
